We all know Husqvarna – within the off-road motorcycle segment – as pioneers from not only a technical point of view but also stylistically. Back in March of this year the German owned, Swedish-turned-Italian brand had confirmed its 900 Twin Project which had many people desperate for answers – what was the bike going to be, what engine would it have and what segment would it reach out to? Well now Husqvarna has finally unveiled their secret project and this new stunning motorcycle has certainly got all of our attention.
The new motorcycle is dubbed the Nuda 900 and is based on the BMW F800, which further proves the integration between Husqvarna and BMW. Although Husqvarna has released official pictures of the smashing bike it has yet to release its full specifications, but then again that’s what you guys have us for.
From the looks of things – and the looks are beautiful mind you – the Nuda 900 features the same 900cc twin engine found in the BMW F800 and will probably produce a power output in excess of 100bhp and 100Nm of torque. With numbers like that and with only a dry weight of 175kg, you can bet that this bike will be one bad-ass rocket.

The Nuda 900 uses a tubular steel trellis frame resting on top-notch Sachs and Öhlins suspension and forks components. The bike also features superbike-class brakes in the form of radially-mounted, four-piston monoblock Brembos.
Concrete details are stuck in the fog and it is unclear which countries the bike will be available for purchase. All we know is that it looks devilish and gorgeous.
However it is known that Husqvarna is pushing for the bike to be available in showrooms by the end of the year. In the meanwhile just enjoy the pictures.
