Mahindra and Mahindra will see some changes in the top management of the company this year. The company announced that Pravin Shah, head of M&M’s international operations will take on the role of Chief Executive – Automotive Sector, from February 1 2012. The move comes in after his predecessor, Rajesh Jejurikar moved on to Zee Network.

Having spent 30 years so far at M&M, shah surely knows the company’s potential to grow and he will put all the experience from the assignments that he handled within the automotive and tractor business of the company. Shahs role will be taken over by Ruzbeh Irani who functioned as an Executive VP – corporate stratergy and Chief brand officer.
