For instance, the garage you see on the bottom right is a 2,000 square-foot, 8-car garage located in Northern California. The owner restores and collects classic Mercedes’ from the 50’s and 60’s. He also likes to host like minded enthusiasts – 20 of whom can park their own vintage cars in his driveway. The other garage on the bottom left is actually a 7-car barn located on a 5 acre property in the hills of Southern California – this is in addition to a 3-car garage already attached to the home. In addition to homes with palatial garages (some of which can house up to 50 cars), the site also lists properties related to auto businesses, garage spaces in crowded cities, and even properties near racetracks.
You may not be in the market for a ‘car property’ in the US, but the website will certainly help you live vicariously through the lucky few who can afford to buy and live in car properties such as these – not to mention the fact that they undoubtedly have cars worth filling these garages.
