After the success of dual camera smartphones like the Apple iPhone 7 Plus and Honor 8, Coolpad has decided to launch an affordable option, the Cool1 Dual. It is the first product jointly built by Coolpad and LeEco. It is offered in two variants – 3GB RAM with 32GB inbuilt storage and 4GB RAM with 32GB of inbuilt storage. The latter is available only on Amazon India, while the former variant is available offline. This dual-SIM phone boasts of two 13-megapixel rear cameras with an f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone LED flash. One sensor handles colour, while the other deals with depth, detail, and brightness. The selfie snapper is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture and sports an 80-degree wide-angle lens. It runs on LeEco’s EUI 5.8 operating system, which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Cool1 Dual come with a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display with a pixel density of 403ppi.
